All lesson and performance bookings are subject to availability, confirmation, and any agreed written terms relating to timing, fees, repertoire, location, and service scope.
2. Quotations and booking confirmation
A booking is not confirmed until it has been accepted directly and any requested deposit or advance payment has been received.
3. Lessons and events
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information for lessons, rehearsals, venues, event timings, and practical arrangements needed for service delivery.
4. Intellectual property
All website content, branding, text, and original media remain the property of Faustina O'Sullivan Music unless otherwise stated.
5. Liability
Reasonable care is taken to keep website information current, but no guarantee is given that all information is complete or error-free at every moment.
