The Path to the Stage
“Music is not just what I do, it is the language through which I understand the world.”
Faustina O'Sullivan's vocal journey began with a rigorous foundation in classical technique. A graduate of Maynooth University and the Royal Irish Academy of Music (RIAM), her training was characterised by a pursuit of technical mastery and emotional depth.
Her performance career has taken her across Europe, most notably to the prestigious Berlin Opera Academy and collaborations with Irish National Opera (INO). Faustina's repertoire spans the dramatic heights of the operatic canon, bringing a cinematic intensity to every role she inhabits.
Nurturing the Next Generation
Beyond the stage, Faustina is a renowned vocal coach. Her students have achieved national acclaim, appearing on the Late Late Toy Show and representing Ireland in the Junior Eurovision. Her approach combines élite technical instruction with the mentorship needed to handle the pressure of high-level performance.

Faustina O'Sullivan is a classically trained soprano and music teacher based in Ardcath, Co. Meath. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Performance from Maynooth University (2018) and a Musical Theatre Diploma from the Royal Irish Academy of Music (2021).
She has been performing since the age of eight, when she was a semi-finalist on RTÉ's Star Stream. She has since performed live on TV3 alongside Karen Lynch and Paul Redmond (Essence), as part of the chorus for Liam Lawton (including a studio recording on his Christmas album), and at major Irish venues including the National Concert Hall, the Mansion House, and the National Gallery of Ireland.
From Ardcath to Berlin — a voice carrying both Irish soul and operatic discipline.
In Performance
In 2021, she was accepted into both the Berlin Opera Academy (performing the role of Alms Sister in Suor Angelica) and the Lyric Opera Studio Weimar, Germany (studying the lead role of Barbarina in Le Nozze di Figaro). She has performed with Theatre Lovetts and Irish National Opera in Sturm und Drang (2023) and at a TU Grangegorman Répétiteur Workshop in collaboration with Irish National Opera (2024).
She was a member of the Maynooth Chamber Choir — winners of the Mixed Voices and Church Music competitions at the ESB Feis Ceoil, and recipients of the prestigious Oliver O'Brien Award. She has also been awarded 1st Prize at Feis Ceoil ag Canadh as Gaeilge and at the Kilcoole Music Festival.
Faustina has taught for over a decade across schools in Meath and Dublin. Her students have performed at the Junior Eurovision finals (2022–2023), the Late Late Toy Show as Barbie soloists (2023), and at Electric Picnic (2023–2024).
