Cancellation Policy
1. Lessons
As a general policy, adequate notice should be given where a lesson needs to be rescheduled or cancelled. Missed sessions without reasonable notice may still be chargeable.
2. Events and performances
Event bookings often reserve a date that cannot be resold easily. Deposits may therefore be non-refundable once a performance date has been secured.
3. Exceptional circumstances
Where illness, emergency, or force majeure affects either party, every reasonable effort will be made to agree a fair alternative arrangement.
